This privacy statement explains what personal data we, being Deli Home Holding B.V. and its group companies Bruynzeel Home Products B.V., Bruynzeel Home Products Nederland B.V., Bruynzeel Home Products Belgium B.V., Bruynzeel Home Products Deuren B.V., Skantrae B.V., Doorcentres B.V., Deli Home Belgium N.V., Deli Home Belgium Trading N.V. and Deli Home Netherlands B.V., collect from you through our interaction with you and how we handle that data. We offer several products, mainly through third parties, which products are sold under the following brand names: Agnes, Bruynzeel, CanDo, Fikszo, Hamstra, Lundia, Raffito, Skantrae, Jewe and StoreMax.

This privacy and cookie statement applies to personal data of customers and users collected by us in connection with the products and services, which we offer whether or not through third parties. This includes data collected offline through customer service, as well as data collected online, for example through one of our websites.

How do we collect personal data?

Some of this data, such as name, address, phone and e-mail address, among others, you provide directly to us by filling in a contact or other form, requesting a quote, ordering things from us, subscribing to a newsletter, emailing, chatting or calling us.

Provision of personal data to third parties

We share the data with group companies, dealers, suppliers, hardware stores to conclude and execute transactions with you.

We also share the data between group companies to enable them to undertake targeted sales and marketing activities.

In addition, we share the data obtained through tracking cookies with ad networks Google and Bing and social media such as Facebook, following your consent to do so. With your consent to the use of tracking cookies, you also consent that certain data in connection with use at/by social media, may also be stored and retained outside the EU, such as, for example, FaceBook.

Unless you have provided unambiguous consent to do so, we do not share the data with dealers, suppliers, DIY stores in order to enable them to undertake targeted sales and marketing activities.

We retain your data for two years from your last contact with us, such as the date of your last purchase or telephone contact, unless a longer or shorter retention period is required by law.

The retention period for the data we collect through cookies, which are used, among other things, to display relevant offers and advertisements, is six months.
